NAU Postal Services is a fully operational Post Office right here on campus.

Located under the NAU Bookstore, we can take care of all your mailing needs from buying stamps, buying supplies, sending out letters and packages, accepting prepaid packages to even renting your own Private Mailbox. We are at a very convenient location situated right next to a Mountain Link and Mountain Line bus stop.

-you will receive your mail and most packages here. You will be assigned a free, shared mailbox and given a combination to access that box, letters will be placed in that box for you to check at your own convenience. you will receive an email notification if you have received a package and it is available for collection. In the email you will receive a QR code, please bring your phone down with the QR code, or a printed out version, ready to be scanned so we can retrieve your package/s efficiently. You will also need to have your NAU ID or a state issued ID to collect your packages.
We also offer an option to rent your own private mailbox that opens with a key at very reasonable prices. If you rent a private box we will providing an informed delivery of items we place in your mail box that we feel you would want to know are there, bank cards, checks etc. For packages the same system will be used as the shared mailboxes. The new lower prices for our Private Mail boxes will be $20 for a semester, $40 for an academic year and $50 for a full 12 months. These prices will be in effect from July 1 2021 and can be accessed through nau.edu/postal.
If you are attending NAU with a close friend or family member you can also rent a private mailbox to share at the same cost plus an additional fee of $10 for each extra key.
