Services include one-to-one guidance (academic, financial, cultural, personal, social); peer mentoring support, connections to tutoring, counseling, and navigating campus and community resources.
OISS Indige-Peer Mentors are for first-year, transfer, online students who identify as Indigenous and they outreach to new incoming Indigenous students to provide strategies for success, learn about campus resources, acclimating to campus life, and making new friends.
The Indige-Bridge to Success Program (IBSP) is a two-day virtual program for new incoming first-year Indigenous students and will be held August 10-11, 2020. Meet with the OISS support staff and get connected to other new students. Register at: https://in.nau.edu/iss/indige-bridge/
