We understand, being a Republican/conservative on a college campus can sometimes be daunting. That is why we, the NAU College Republicans, are here to let you know that you are a part of a much bigger movement. At our meetings, we encourage students to share their experiences and provide insight on the current issues; doing all of this free of the judgement that often comes with being on a college campus. Our ultimate goal is to create an environment where students engage with one another, discuss important current events, and freely express their views and opinions. In addition, we offer many campus events featuring all kinds of elected officials (local and federal level), opportunities to volunteer/give back to the community, and internship opportunities that could lead you to a fulfilling career in politics/public policy. The NAU College Republicans offers a wide and diverse range of student views, opinions, and political stances; we only hope that you will become part of that diverse group. It is not required that you be a Republican/conservative to join, but only that you have an open-mind, a drive for academic discussion, and a willingness to participate in the Great American Epic!
