Omega Delta Phi

Our organization is a Latino founded multicultural fraternity. Omega Delta Phi has been an organization perpetually dedicated to the idea of constant growth and improvement. The biggest thing for us is graduating our members and the bond within our brotherhood. The brotherhood that we have doesn’t just last during our years in college; it lasts a lifetime. As a fraternity, we have our own social events such as retreats out of state, socials with other organizations such as other clubs and even other fraternities and sororities, and host service events throughout the Flagstaff area.


Omega Delta Phi provides students with various opportunities to be involved in their chapter, council, Greek Community, and university. Some of our top leadership positions on and off campus are held by members of Omega Delta Phi. The Greek Community also helps its members fine-tune their leadership skills by providing leadership retreats and workshop series. Apart from the university and the councils providing leadership opportunities to the membership, the organizations’ national board also provides internships, scholarships, and leadership experiences.
Most importantly, the bonds that will form and memories that will be created is what usually separate Omega Delta Phi from other college organizations.

Omega Delta Phi has a strong tradition of service to our communities. We strive to excel in every field of human endeavor, setting the example and creating new standards for our fellow students. Some of our Brothers are members of organizations that also serve the community. The biggest benefit we get from volunteering is the satisfaction of incorporating service into our lives and making a difference in our own community and country. The intangible benefits alone—such as pride, satisfaction, and accomplishment—are worthwhile reasons to serve. In addition, when we share our time and talents we: Solve Problems, Strengthen Communities, Improve Lives, Connect to Others and Transform Our Own Lives.
